OPERATIONS

Our operations cover the entire value chain of natural gas, from midstream to downstream. We process natural gas to produce and market natural gas liquids. We also own and operate product pipelines, fractionation units, as well as storage and export terminal facilities.

Presently, our operation is anchored by a 120mmscfd cryogenic gas processing facility utilizing turbo expander technology. The first of a two stage process takes place here, where the natural gas liquids are extracted and exported via GGRL’s 23 km product pipeline to our FPSO for further refining.

The segregated products (LPG) are stored in the 46,000 metric tonne capacity FPSO, MS Symphony, which also serves as the export terminal for offtake operations.

GROWTH

Our operations are experiencing phenomenal growth. In June of 2010 we executed a gas supply and purchase agreement with the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources of Nigeria for 220mmscf of gas per day; and recently consummated a strategic alliance with Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) for 120mmscf of gas per day. Project development efforts are currently ongoing for the actualization of these additional gas opportunities which is expected to come on-stream by first quarter of 2013.
